CANCELLATIONS and AMENDMENTS
Cancellations and Amendments for confirmed reservations are due to the below conditions.
Cancellations made directly to the hotels and accommodations will not be valid. Cancellation and amendment demands should be made through TurkOtels' s website. Castings of time are made on the basis of the local time of check in date in destination.

For Accommodations

i) A 24 hour cooling off time applies for reservations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival. This application, let you to cancel or make an amendment within 24 hours since the confirmation.(Please see 6. article above for the extent of special event.)
ii)Reservations made for the dates except the 'Special Events' (except the apartments and villas)

Cancellation charges; are applied by looking up the dates between the date when cancellation made and the check in date.

Changes

The price is not applied for the guest name changes and for the child age changes accepted by the accommodation. All change confirmation depends on the availability.

If the customer does not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which they are booked to arrive or they leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which they are booked to leave, they will only be entitled to receive any refund due calculated from the time when we receive notification. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to incurring the charge for the next 24 hours accommodation after our receipt of notification.
For Apartments and Villas Reservations

In such reservations,the amendmentsmade within 10 or less days prior to arrival are processed as cancelled. The only dispensation of such application is; changes including additional room/bed/cot/night.

iii) For accommodation (other than apartments and villas) during Special Event periods

The guest is informed about the terms of 'Special Events' at the time of the booking.

100 % of the value of the booking will be leived for cancelellation of any booking made during 'Special Event' period. In the same booking, our standard cancellation and amendment terms apply for the dates except 'Special Event' period.

Every change made for bookings which are in 'Special Event' period is accepted as cancellation and the above cancellation charges apply. The only dispensation of such application is; changes including additional room/bed/cot/night. Name change is not allowed at this period.

iv) Special Event Period for Apartment and Villa Reservations

For Apartments and Villas reservations 100% of the value of the booking will be applied.

Any changes or modifications to apartment/villa bookings will be treated as cancellations and will incur cancellation charges. The only exception to this will be where additional rooms/beds/cots/nights are added to existing confirmed rooms or nights.

v)For another Travel Organisations;

Special Conditions

The related cancellation terms which will be applied for sightseeing tour, transfer and car hire reservations including special conditions.

The time between the cancellation notice and the date of service is concerned for cancellations of sightseeing tours, transfers, car hire reservations which do not include special conditions.

Only 100 % of the price applied for the changes decrease number of the passengers.

We are unable to make amendments to confirmed car hire bookings. If you need to change the reservation details, please cancel the existing booking and re-book with the new requirements.

Private Transfer Amendments and Cancellations;

100 % cancellation charge applies for the shared transfers.
vi) Reservations, Payments and Confirmations

On this website, reservations are accepted even on the check in date for suppliers which are available. On related destinations, for fair, congress and event periods ‘special event conditions’ will be applicable. This conditions will be noted under this agreement on the ‘Special Events’ article.

Reservations prior to 3 days of check in date and/or less, payments should be made fully at the moment of creation by credit cards as online. This condition applies to the any extra new upcoming charge, tax, or fee which may be occurred by reservation amendments.

For Reservations prior to 3 days of check in date and more, payments shall be made as mentioned here under;
a) fully, at the moment of creation by credit cards as online; or
b) at any time by credit cards as online not less than 3 days prior to check in date.
For all cases, if any related reservation payment is not received prior to 3 days of check in date; related reservation will be considered declined and will be canceled by the system automatically.
All online payments by credit should be made fully as totally mentioned on the system. Agent’s commissions will be transferred as mentioned on the article no 9.
For online available reservations, you will receive an e-mail, usually within 2 minutes, confirming the demanded reservation to the e-mail address that recorded at the registration process.

For on request reservations, we will contact to our suppliers to realize your demand and you will receive and e-mail with in 48 hours indicating that whether if you request could be realized or not. The system will not charge your credit card that you have stated at the moment of reservation creation, for your on request demands until the demand is confirmed.

In case the original demand’s impossibility to be confirmed, you may be given an alternative and if you would like to accept it, you will be guided by an e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged unless you accept the reservation.

After the reservation is confirmed and the payment collected you will be able to print vouchers for your guests.

All vouchers are documents including guest’s detailed reservation information, and should be presented to the supplier’s front desk at the check in. Other wise the guest may be charged on the rack rate or the supplier have the right to refuse to give related service.

Special Events

Reservation created for fair, congress and event periods ‘special event conditions’ will be applicable.

As systematically, all Last Cancelation Dates are shown on the system for all reservations regardless of special event period or not. Special Conditions is mentioned on the screen before the finalizing the reservation. On this screen, all detailed cancelation options and conditions are mentioned.
For this reason, all reservations created after the Last Cancelation Date should be paid fully with credit cards as online.

vii) Cacelations And Amendments

For all confirmed reservation cancelations and amendments are subject to under mentioned conditions. All cancelation and amendment request should be made on the TurkOtels site, and any cancelation or amendment made directly to the supplier will not take effect. Time calculations are made regarding the destinations local time as 12:00.

For Reservations;
i) 24 hours of cooling off period is applicable for the cancelations made before the Last Cancelation Date. This application allows you to cancel the reservation with in the first 24 hours without any charge. This is not applicable for Special Event Periods. (Please refer to the article 6 for Special Event terminology coverage)

ii) For reservations created besides the Special Event Periods;

Cancelations charges is applied concerning the creating date and the check in date and all cancelation and amendment options and conditions are mentioned on the system screens.

All amendments are subject to availability. In case the guests’ not check in to the service supplier on the date of check in or check out before the mentioned date any refund will be calculated from the moment of we receive the notice. On the condition of any amendment situation like this, following 24 hours service will be charged.
